I had a lot of fun creating this apocalyptic wearable sculpture that metaphorically emphasized the lack of public transportation and accessibility in Florida. The design elements I wanted to incorporate were a mixture of classic American car systems, futuristic disco, eerie night vision, and machine-nature fusion. The lower half of the outfit is robotic for efficiency while the upper half is for safety and visibility. The mask evokes a strange and unsettling feeling as an additional form of protection, similar to how animals attempt to appear larger and scarier.
